eLearning Business Development Manager

Duties

  • Identify new business opportunities with corporate training, HR, healthcare, compliance, and L&D teams.
  • Qualify leads, understand client training needs, and guide prospects toward the right eLearning solution.
  • Prepare proposals, estimates, capability presentations, and follow-up communication for potential clients.
  • Coordinate with instructional design, development, media, and LMS teams to shape accurate project scopes.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and communicate progress clearly with leadership.
  • Build long-term client relationships through professional, responsive, and consultative communication.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication, consultative selling, proposal writing, CRM or pipeline management, understanding of eLearning services, confidence speaking with international clients, and the ability to translate client needs into clear project requirements.

Motion Graphics Designer

Duties

  • Create polished animated training videos, explainers, microlearning videos, and motion graphics for corporate learning projects.
  • Translate scripts and storyboards into clear, engaging visual sequences.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers, illustrators, voiceover artists, and video editors.
  • Prepare animation-ready assets, transitions, character movements, and visual effects.
  • Edit, render, and optimize videos for web, LMS, and client review workflows.
  • Maintain consistent visual quality across multiple modules or video series.

Skills

Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, timing and animation principles, visual storytelling, typography, audio syncing, file organization, and an eye for clean corporate training visuals.

Instructional Designer

Duties

  • Analyze source content, learner needs, business goals, and training requirements.
  • Design course structures, learning objectives, scripts, storyboards, scenarios, and assessments.
  • Convert SME content, policies, procedures, and slide decks into learner-friendly training experiences.
  • Collaborate with clients, SMEs, designers, developers, and media teams throughout production.
  • Review developed courses for instructional accuracy, clarity, flow, and learner engagement.
  • Support course modernization, compliance training, onboarding, and scenario-based learning projects.

Skills

Instructional design, learning objectives, storyboard writing, scenario design, assessment writing, content analysis, client communication, strong English writing, familiarity with Storyline/Rise/Captivate, and understanding of LMS/SCORM delivery.

Graphic Designer

Duties

  • Design clean, professional visuals for eLearning courses, presentations, training videos, and digital learning assets.
  • Create layouts, UI screens, infographics, icons, templates, and branded visual systems.
  • Work with instructional designers and developers to turn storyboards into polished learner interfaces.
  • Prepare production-ready graphics that are easy to update, localize, and integrate into authoring tools.
  • Apply brand guidelines while keeping training screens readable, accessible, and visually consistent.
  • Review and refine designs based on internal and client feedback.

Skills

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma or similar design tools, layout design, typography, icon design, visual hierarchy, responsive thinking, attention to detail, and experience designing for digital learning or UI is a plus.

Illustrator

Duties

  • Create custom illustrations, characters, scenes, icons, and visual metaphors for eLearning and training videos.
  • Convert storyboard ideas into clear visuals that support learning objectives.
  • Develop consistent illustration styles for course modules, explainer videos, and scenario-based training.
  • Prepare layered, editable artwork for animation and course development workflows.
  • Collaborate with designers, motion artists, and instructional designers to refine visual direction.
  • Adapt illustrations for different industries, audiences, and brand styles.

Skills

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, digital drawing, character design, composition, color, visual storytelling, vector artwork, asset preparation for animation, and the ability to match or extend an existing visual style.

eLearning Developer

Duties

  • Build interactive eLearning courses using authoring tools and modern web-based learning approaches.
  • Develop interactions, quizzes, scenarios, simulations, and responsive learning modules.
  • Integrate graphics, audio, video, animation, and assessments into polished course experiences.
  • Package and test courses for SCORM, xAPI, cmi5, Moodle, and client LMS environments.
  • Troubleshoot course behavior, completion tracking, bookmarking, and LMS launch issues.
  • Work closely with instructional designers, QA reviewers, and clients through review cycles.

Skills

Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, HTML/CSS/JavaScript fundamentals, SCORM/xAPI knowledge, LMS testing, responsive course development, QA mindset, troubleshooting skills, and careful attention to learner experience.
