eLearning Business Development Manager
Duties
- Identify new business opportunities with corporate training, HR, healthcare, compliance, and L&D teams.
- Qualify leads, understand client training needs, and guide prospects toward the right eLearning solution.
- Prepare proposals, estimates, capability presentations, and follow-up communication for potential clients.
- Coordinate with instructional design, development, media, and LMS teams to shape accurate project scopes.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and communicate progress clearly with leadership.
- Build long-term client relationships through professional, responsive, and consultative communication.
Skills
Strong written and verbal communication, consultative selling, proposal writing, CRM or pipeline management, understanding of eLearning services, confidence speaking with international clients, and the ability to translate client needs into clear project requirements.
