Designs and develops instructional material for customer training courses.

Demonstrates and utilizes effective needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills.

Able to utilize multimedia technology and authoring tools.

Sound knowledge of ID theories and practices (Desirable but not essential).

Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites.

Select colors, images, text style, and layout.

Present the design to clients or the art director.

Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design.

Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them.

Using drawing, sketching, painting and photographic skills to produce illustrations.

Utilize digital formats to create sketches.

Formulates concept and renders illustration and detail from models, sketches, memory, and imagination.

Developing custom web/mobile based solutions using modern web technologies.

Using a variety of coding frameworks and e-learning authoring software tools.
