SpartanNash was seeking an eLearning development company to develop its trainings. They wanted to have a cost-effective solution to their complex training needs. They desired to develop trainings in the latest tools available. The trainings had to be simple but interactive, engaging and self-paced. The challenge was to capture the participant so that s/he stay motivated and involved till the end.

360eLearning came up with the right and innovative solution to SpartanNash’s needs and requirements. Keeping the objectives of training in mind, we developed “Food Safety Manager” for SpartanNash, consisting of 7 inspiring and exciting eLearning modules. All the modules were designed using the latest industry tools keeping in mind the branding guidelines of SpartanNash. The modules were made interesting and engaging by adding interactivity and animations. A very unique, easy-to-understand and user-friendly interface was developed using the color scheme of SpartanNash branding. The modules were self-paced with voiceover instructions. At the end of the modules, quizzes were embedded to challenge the capabilities of the participants. Quiz was based on “Multiple-Choice Questions” format where a user had to select the best option from the given options. The interface contained “Menu” button to show the progress of the overall module. It also provided “Transcript” button for the sub-script of the voiceover. The modules were SCORM-compliant and responsive.
As these courses were launched, SpartanNash saw an increase in the employee participation and involvement. The modules were challenging and employees took the quizzes as a point to prove their capability. SpartanNash were very satisfied with the modules designed by 360eLearning. The latest results showed that employees who took the courses had better knowledge of food safety and management. The modules were not only informative but also challenging. The voiceover kept the participant engaged and every slide could be replayed as many times as a participant wants. SpartanNash were able to achieve the results that they wanted from this eLearning course.
